Casa Valhalla AVailabilty Calender for all Units

Casa Valhalla is a Panamanian style home, walking distance to downtown Boquete. This unique home has been converted into 4 separate apartments with off street parking for all.

The units have a common area in the back that features banana plants, orange and papaya trees, eucalyptus tree, two types of mint plants, culantro, parsley, ginger, rosemary and thyme along with many other flowers and plants. The new ranchito offers an area for get togethers or just hanging out. There is a counter/bar area with sink, gas BBQ grill and small refrigerator.

We offer both covered and open patios. There are 3 BBQ grills for our guests, two gas, one charcoal. There is also a shared laundry area with gas dryer. All units have hot water in the showers and kitchen, cable TV, HBO, 30 Meg Internet and WIFI throughout the property. We have recently added a 600 gallon water holding tank to combat the frequent water outages that are common in Panama.

 Sleep with the sound of the river and wake to gorgeous views of Volcan Baru in one of four apartments at Casa Valhalla.  All units  feature a fully equipped kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, coffee maker and all the necessities to make you feel at home, Cable TV, WiFi internet, linens and monthly maid service for long term rentals.  We have a semi-studio, Two 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartments and one, 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment.

On the property you will find fresh bananas, oranges, papayas, chayote, peppers and an ever changing selection of herbs in the garden.  Take time to relax on one of the patios and enjoy the large variety of flowers and native plants or just curl up in a hammock with a good book or daydream to the sound of nature.  Whatever your pleasure, Boquete has it to offer and Casa Valhalla is the slice of Heaven you’re looking for.

Each unit has a private kitchen.  The outside areas are all shared.  On the attached patio there is a sofa and chairs for relaxing and getting to know the neighbors.  The laundry area is open to all and is conveniently located next to the seating area and a gas BBQ grill.  In the central area of the yard/gardens is the new ranchito with BBQ grill, sink and frig if you'd like to have a get together with friends.  There is a table for 6 plus comfy Adirondack chairs for simply relaxing.  In the back portion of the yard next to the orange trees are 2 hook ups for hammocks.


Casa Valhalla Unit 1:
This cozy semi-studio apartment is perfect for one or two people who want to get away. With a fully equipped kitchen including refrigerator, stove with oven, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishes, pots & pans, bake ware and all utensils, it has everything you'll need to make a wonderful home cooked meal. The table is set for two! In the bedroom you'll find a queen size bed, a sectional sofa, small coffee table, built in wardrobe, cable TV and DVD player.

Casa Valhalla Unit 2:
This is our medium size one bedroom one bathroom unit and is located on the ground floor making it perfect for people who have difficulty with stairs. Private washing machine and laundry tub (cold water only) just out your back door. Upon entering the unit you find yourself in a bright sunny room with an area for shoe and coat storage as well as a desk and seating area, which converts into a small double sleeper sofa. Flow through to the living room and enjoy the sleek designs of the modern retro furniture. Get comfy on the sofa and enjoy cable TV or surf the net. The open kitchen and dining room offer everything needed to create delicious meals (assuming you can cook) and entertain friends. The bedroom features a custom built cedar wardrobe with drawers, a Queen bed and 2 night stands for extra storage. Above the bed is a large cedar cabinet that offers even more storage.

Casa Valhalla Unit 3:
Located adjacent to the creek, is a large one bedroom one bathroom apartment that has many upgraded features. You will find stone tiled floors in the kitchen and dining area, granite counter tops and vaulted tongue and groove ceilings. This unit also features a foyer with shoe and coat storage, a large living room open to the kitchen and dining room along with a center island and bar seating to keep the chef a part of the action. You will also find a small desk and chair in the kitchen area. The bedroom has a queen size bed with, a large closet, direct access to the back yard, private bodega (storage area) and garden areas. The bathroom has a hot shower and a modern custom built vanity with counter mounted sink and large linen pantry. This unit is fully furnished, linens provided and has a fully equipped kitchen. It is available for short or long term rental.

Casa Valhalla Unit 4:
The largest of all our units with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is located in the heart of the property with unit 3 to the north and units 1 & 2 to the south. Unit 4 is a ground floor unit with beautiful gardens in both front and back. With an open floor plan this unit is ideal for families or couples traveling together. When entering the unit from the front you enter into a spacious living room that is open to the dining room and kitchen. There is a
comfy sofa, love seat and chair along with a 32" flat screen TV that can be used as a computer monitor (cables NOT provided). The dining area seats 6 comfortably and flows into the kitchen which features new appliances, including a full size refrigerator and 6 burner gas stove/oven, The kitchen, dining and living room all have tongue and groove ceilings and there are tile floors throughout the unit. Easy access to the back yard, BBQ and laundry area is just out the back door which is located in the kitchen. With an off street, reserved parking space in the back of the house it makes getting your groceries inside a piece of cake. The master suite has a private bath, walk in closet, Queen bed and views of Volcan Baru. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located on the north side of the apartment, both with built in closets. Bedroom 2 is a large bedroom with two twin beds that can be made into a king. The barn door style window faces the front garden and Volcan Baru. Bedroom 3 has another queen bed and faces the large yard and gardens. There is a second bathroom between the dining room and bedroom 3.

Swan Song Availability Calendar for all Units

Swan Song Apartments, one of the best locations in Boquete is just a 5 minute walk to the best restaurants and just 10 minutes to the center of the village. You will find a spot that is just close enough so that you don’t have to rent a car and far enough that you don’t have to listen to the down town noise.

Swan Song is 4 plex, built to North American standards in 2016, each apartment is private and quiet, with good lighting, ceiling fans in the living rooms and bedrooms, hot water through out, great Internet with WiFi and Ethernet in each unit. Each apartment is fully furnished, with Cable TV, fully equipped kitchens with pots, pans, plates, flatware, microwave, toaster and coffee maker.

Design and decor is very nice quality with granite counter tops and floors, custom wood cabinetry and high vaulted ceilings that help make the units feel open and big.

Outside your unit, you will find a wonderful upstairs bar/community area that is perfect for parties or get togethers. A frig, bar sink, custom cabinets and storage will make it easy to prepare food or drinks. A stereo system, comfy chairs and hammock will make it easy to relax and enjoy the fantastic views. Additionally all guests have free access to the commercial washer and dryer on the property. Each are gas powered with hot water and air, a real bonus compared to most rentals in the area.
